Energy Work Play

Looking for a way to bring us close together and confront ourselves. I had
the guys take turns facing each other sitting on the floor with pillows
where I guided them through a meditation to 'notice' everything about their
experience as they faced each man one at a time. Each session with each man
began with a meditation which asked them to look inward, a sort of self
-centered thing about what they liked or didn't like at the moment about the
man in front of them and how they felt comfortable or uncomfortable. The
second part of the meditation then asked them to not think of themselves and
regard the man in front of them, to notice as much as they could about their
partner, if he was comfortable or what he might be experiencing. |

Have you ever looked into his eyes and wondered what was he
thinking? What was he feeling? And was he looking back at you and wondering what
you are all about?
That is what we did the other night at
the New Moon gathering. It is called "Energy Play". It was an experience I will
never forget. It is amazing what you can "Feel" from someone else with out
verbalizing. The energy that comes from another and some where there is none.
How some will respond to your touch and how some seem to have no feeling.
The Energy Play helps to make you find out
about yourself. How others see you and How they "Feel" about you. But If you
don't want to know Don't ask! Its a total learning experience about yourself and
other partners.
One comment about Me was "I think your fascinating BUT, we would Clash". All
that just from looking into his eyes and from my touch. Now I'm thinking Hummm
what am I doing with my body and eyes to make someone feel I would clash with
them. I want to change that.
The "Energy Play" makes you think about yourself and how you and
others see you. It was a fun Play session and with Our dear Leo as the
facilitator it was great fun! So all you "Hot" guys out there Who "THINK" your
Hot Come to the next "Energy Play" and see if you really are Hot!.

Leonardo,
I found your workshop to be very creative and scary and fun! I liked the way
that we had to do certain type of exercises and concentrate on ourselves and on
our designated partner. However, I really learned how scared I am of intimacy
and how I must learn to deal with it in a positive manner. Most of all, I found
it to be most fun because to deal with all these diversified men in the
comfortable nature of Leonardo's home was most enjoyable!
